With the EasyPayXpress Pay-Per-Ride option:

• Your EasyPayXpress MetroCard works just like any other Pay-Per-Ride MetroCard except you'll now have the convenience of one card that automatically refills itself.
  
  
• You open your account with $45 (20 rides on the subway or local bus OR 8 express bus rides) but wait–just like with any other Pay-Per-Ride MetroCard you earn the 15% bonus right away giving you a $51.75 value–that's more free rides.
  
  
• When your account balance reaches $20 your EasyPayXpress MetroCard refills automatically with $45.
  
  
• With every refill you continue to earn the 15% bonus and hence those free rides.
  
  
• With your EasyPayXpress Pay-Per-Ride MetroCard, you can ride on all subways, local buses and express buses.

With the EasyPayXpress 30-Day option:

• Your EasyPayXpress MetroCard is time-based and works just like any other 30-Day MetroCard except you'll now have the convenience of one MetroCard that automatically refills itself. Your account opens with the 30-Day unlimited ride fare of $89; that’s the same fare that you would pay at vending machines, booths, or out-of-system vendors.
  
  
• You activate the 30-day period on
  the day you first use your card.
  
  
• Ride as many times as you like
  for 30 consecutive days, starting with the day you first swipe. 
  
  
• With your EasyPayXpress Unlimited MetroCard, you can ride on all subways and local buses, but NOT on express buses.
  
  
• Your EasyPayXpress MetroCard refills automatically at the end of every 30-day period, and you will be notified by email a few days before (in case you want to change to the Pay-Per-Ride mode).
